equipment description.
Vibrating Feeder is a
common used device during mining machinery material feeding .
Vibrating feeder is built up by spring support, vibration machine
support , vibration machine, spring, motor and motor
support..Vibration exciter is formed by two eccentric shafts on
certain position meshed by gear wheels. During installation, the
two gear wheels must mesh together under the guidance of marks on
it. Motor drives the two eccentric shafts rotate, which generates
great linear exciting-vibration force; this forces the support to
vibrate; by this vibration, smaller materials drop down when
materials go through the vibrating trough rather than go to the
crushing process.,during processing ,the equipment can send various
materials in to the crusher in the given time,separating the raw
materail primarily.it’s widely used in metallurgy,coal
ore,construction materials,etc.

The working principle :When working , the rotor rotated
at a high speed under the motor'driving .The materials get into the
first crushing chamber to get crushed with the board hammer on the
rotor .Then getting into the second crushing chamber to have a fine
crushing .At last discharged from the discharge port .
Vibrating screen is
circular movement specifically for the quarry screening material
stone design,but also for coal,ore dressing,building
materials,power and chemical industries for the
classification,YZ,Yk series for the domestic new machine ,the
machine adopts the eccentric vibration exciter and tire coupling,is
elected,bowel strong vibration,the bvibration noise is small,easy
to repair,durable and so on .
Sand Washing Machine(sand
washer)is widely used in particle aggregate sand screw
washing, grading and dehydrating quartz and sand in construction
site, sand stone factories, hydropower station and concrete dam
site, precast concrete factory, glass factory and etc. It is
especially applicable to wash construction sand and paving sand.
